Finding a Safe Route: Civic Center EATS

Civic Center Park is host to many events throughout the year, including the weekly food truck event Civic Center EATS. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout the summer, you can enjoy food from a variety of food truck vendors while listening to live music. A portion of the proceeds also benefit the Civic Center Conservancy, the nonprofit dedicated to restoring and enhancing the Civic Center Park. You can find more information about the event here: Civic Center EATS 2019

Since we all know parking is a pain in the area, we suggest alternative transportation to the event. If you plan to ride your bike or a B-cycle, below are our route suggestions for getting there safely. As always, make sure to plan a more specific route for your needs ahead of time, and only ride where you feel safe and comfortable. These routes were put together from personal experience, Google Maps, and the Bike Streets Map.
