TWO OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM:

Employee Pays - We set up a discount program with you, and your employees/members pay individually for their Annual Access Pass.  There will be a $100 annual set up fee then your employees pay $80 per Annual Access Pass (Regular price $95).

 

Employer Pays – We set up a discount program with you and you pay for Annual Access Passes for your employees/members/tenants as they sign up.   There will be a $100 annual set up fee, then your organization pays $55 per Annual Access Pass (Regular price $95). We will bill you monthly.

 

Annual Access Pass includes unlimited trips up to 30 minutes. Trips that exceed 30 minutes incur standard overtime fees.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

Sign Denver B-cycle’s Corporate and Community Annual Access Pass Agreement

Email us at sue.baldwin@denverbcycle.org and let us know which level you’re interested in. We’ll then send you an agreement to review, sign, and return to us.

 

Get Set Up

Once the agreement is signed and returned, we’ll create discount codes for your organization to share with employees, tenants, and/or your members. They can then redeem the codes at DenverBCycle.com to receive their discounted Annual Access Pass. Each person who signs up will have their own individual account that they manage, but at a discounted rate thanks to your Annual Access Pass Agreement.

 

Communicate to Employees or Members

Denver B-cycle will provide you with internal marketing materials to promote the new benefit among your staff or members.

 

If you are providing your employees or tenants with a discount, we will send you an invoice once a year for the annual set up fee.

 

If you are paying on behalf of your employees or tenants, Denver B-cycle will send you an invoice once a year for the annual set up fee and then an invoice for the number of employees or members that signed up during the previous 30 days.

CORPORATE AND COMMUNITY ANNUAL ACCESS PASS FAQ’s

What types of organizations can sign up for the Corporate and Community Access Pass program?

Any organization can participate and provide discounted Denver B-cycle Annual Access Pass to employees, tenants or members. This includes businesses of all sizes, neighborhood groups, condo associations, service and faith organizations, and social clubs.

 

What is the Annual Fee?

We invoice a yearly fee to cover the administrative and marketing costs of the program.

 

Is there a minimum or maximum number of employees or members required?

There is no minimum commitment.

 

How long does the Annual Access Pass last?

When a participant signs up for an Access Pass through the Corporate and Community Access Pass program, their Individual Access Pass is good for one year from the day they sign up. Corporate and Community Access Pass Agreements can be terminated at any time, but doing so will not terminate any participant Access Pass purchased during the time the discount was offered. Participants may terminate their Access Pass accounts at any time.

 

Does this work just for new Denver B-cycle members or can it be used to renew existing B-cycle Annual Access Pass holders’ memberships?

You can use this for new members or renewing members that have a current or expired Annual Access Pass.

 

How does Denver B-cycle work during winter months?

The same as summer months. Denver B-cycle is open 365 days a year from 5:00 AM to Midnight.  You can check in a bike 24 hours a day.  You cannot check a bike out after midnight.

 

Can you help us market and communicate the benefit?

Yes! We’ll provide every Corporate and Community Member with a sample email and flyer that explains how Denver B-cycle works and how to sign up for discounted Annual Access Pass.
